Términos y Condiciones de Uso de Little Readers

Estos Términos y Condiciones de Uso aplican para todos los clientes de Little Readers. Al utilizar nuestros servicios, aceptas que estos términos serán aplicables y así lo manifiestas expresamente como cliente de Little Readers. Te invitamos a leerlos detenidamente y, en caso de duda, a solicitarnos las aclaraciones que necesites.

OBLIGACIÓN DE DILIGENCIA Y CUIDADO

Como cliente de Little Readers, te comprometes a adoptar todas las medidas necesarias para mantener la integridad y calidad de los libros que alquilas, así como a prevenir cualquier daño que pudiera ocasionarse a los mismos.

Asimismo, te obligas a obrar de buena fe y a notificar de manera oportuna a Little Readers sobre cualquier daño o pérdida, total o parcial, de los libros.

Bajo ninguna circunstancia podrás realizar arreglos, ajustes, modificaciones o alteraciones a los libros de Little Readers que tomes en alquiler. En caso de hacerlo, Little Readers se reserva el derecho de cobrarte el valor total de reposición del libro correspondiente.

DURACIÓN Y ENTREGA

Little Readers alquila sus libros sin una fecha fija de entrega; por lo tanto, podrás tener los libros alquilados por la duración que desees, siempre que tu suscripción con Little Readers permanezca vigente. Si decides cancelar la suscripción, deberás devolver los libros en buen estado previamente.

En caso de cancelación de la suscripción, Little Readers te otorgará diez (10) días calendario para devolver los libros en tu posesión. Si no lo haces, Little Readers se reserva el derecho de cobrarte el valor de reposición correspondiente al valor comercial de los libros.

VALOR DE REPOSICIÓN POR PÉRDIDA O DESTRUCCIÓN TOTAL O PARCIAL

Como cliente de Little Readers, aceptas y te comprometes a pagar el valor total del libro en caso de que se considere perdido, ya sea por pérdida material o destrucción total o parcial.

Al momento de la entrega del libro, deberás certificar que se encuentra en perfectas condiciones, lo cual será verificado por Little Readers.

FORMA DE PAGO DEL ALQUILER

El alquiler de libros se realizará mediante un servicio de suscripción con pagos recurrentes fijos en las fechas establecidas para cada plan de suscripción, y deberá ser cancelado a través de los medios de pago dispuestos por Little Readers.

FORMA DE PAGO DEL VALOR DE REPOSICIÓN

Como cliente, te obligas a cancelar, sin dilación y de contado, el valor de reposición del libro, que te será informado debidamente. Si transcurren más de diez (10) días calendario desde la fecha de entrega acordada sin que hayas retornado los libros, Little Readers podrá hacer efectivas las garantías otorgadas y adoptar las medidas judiciales y extrajudiciales que considere pertinentes para obtener el pago del valor de reposición.

GARANTÍAS

Para garantizar el pago por daños o pérdida total o parcial de nuestros libros, deberás proporcionarnos los datos de tu tarjeta de crédito y aceptar que, en caso de destrucción total o parcial de nuestros libros, Little Readers podrá cobrar el valor de reposición directamente a dicha tarjeta.

MÉRITO EJECUTIVO

Como cliente de Little Readers, reconoces, aceptas y estás de acuerdo en que el contrato de alquiler que celebras al utilizar nuestros servicios tiene mérito ejecutivo sin necesidad de que Little Readers te constituya en mora. Por lo tanto, aceptas que Little Readers podrá ejecutar este contrato sin previo aviso.

Terms and Conditions of Use for Little Readers

These Terms and Conditions of Use apply to all customers of Little Readers. By using our services, you accept that these terms will be applicable, and you expressly manifest this as a customer of Little Readers. We invite you to read them carefully and, if you have any questions, to request any clarifications you need.

OBLIGATION OF DILIGENCE AND CARE

As a customer of Little Readers, you commit to adopting all necessary measures to maintain the integrity and quality of the books you rent, as well as to prevent any damage that may occur to them.

You also commit to acting in good faith and to promptly notify Little Readers of any damage or total or partial loss of the books.

Under no circumstances may you make repairs, adjustments, modifications, or alterations to the books rented from Little Readers. If you do so, Little Readers reserves the right to charge you the total replacement value of the corresponding book.

DURATION AND DELIVERY

Little Readers rents its books without a fixed delivery date; therefore, you may keep the rented books for as long as you wish, as long as your subscription with Little Readers remains active. If you decide to cancel the subscription, you must return the books in good condition beforehand.

In the event of subscription cancellation, Little Readers will grant you ten (10) calendar days to return the books in your possession. If you do not do so, Little Readers reserves the right to charge you the replacement value corresponding to the commercial value of the books.

REPLACEMENT VALUE FOR LOSS OR TOTAL OR PARTIAL DESTRUCTION

As a customer of Little Readers, you accept and commit to paying the total value of the book if it is deemed lost, whether due to material loss or total or partial destruction.

At the time of book delivery, you must certify that it is in perfect condition, which will be verified by Little Readers.

RENTAL PAYMENT METHOD

The rental of books will be conducted through a subscription service with fixed recurring payments on the established dates for each subscription plan and must be paid through the payment methods provided by Little Readers.

REPLACEMENT VALUE PAYMENT METHOD

As a customer, you commit to promptly and in full paying the replacement value of the book, which will be duly informed to you. If more than ten (10) calendar days pass from the agreed delivery date without you returning our books, Little Readers will be entitled to enforce the guarantees you have provided and/or take judicial and extrajudicial measures to obtain payment of the replacement value of the book.

GUARANTEES

To guarantee payment for damages, total or partial loss of our books, you must provide us with your credit card details and expressly accept that, in the event of total or partial destruction of our books, Little Readers may charge the replacement value directly to that credit card.

EXECUTIVE MERIT

As a customer of Little Readers, you acknowledge, accept, and agree that the rental contract you enter into by using our services has executive merit without the need for Little Readers to formally declare you in default. Therefore, you agree that Little Readers may execute this contract without prior notice.
